am extremely disappointed with my experience at BURGLICIOUS. The customer service was very poor from start to finish. Before I ordered, I was told my meal would cost £5.00. However, when I paid by card, £5.50 was taken from my account. When I questioned this, I was told that they had not charged me the extra amount and that "the machine charged it." I found this explanation unprofessional and unacceptable. Customers should always be told the correct price before payment. Communication was also a major issue. The staff seemed unable to understand simple questions. Whenever I asked for clarification or requested something, I only received a "yes" without any clear answer, making it very difficult to communicate. To make matters worse, the food was not acceptable. The burger was undercooked, the chips were undercooked as well, and the quality was far below what I expected. I couldn’t eat the meal and ended up throwing it away. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have had. Customers deserve clear pricing, honest communication, and food that is properly prepared. I hope BURGLICIOUS takes these issues seriously and improves both its customer service and food quality so that other customers do not have the same experience.

Can't lie here guys nice service is really good he so friendly, foods fresh when I went inside and it's cooked to order. I really don't see why bad reviews maybe he needs update his menus properly maybe sort delivery but collection you'll see that the foods really good. If you want local good food pop in, try it, I had samosa and sheek kebabs separate and had fresh lettuce fresh onion and cucumbers all fresh and tasty. The chilli sauce is very powerful but not overpowering on the palate.

Missing items..guy at takeaway when i called couldnt understand or speak a word of English wasnt willing to refund or send missing items im 3 mins away delivery poor takeaway aggressive rude guy at takeaway AVOID!!!

Great food need to read there orders got 3 kebabs all had sauce when asked for none

Honestly,I didn’t enjoy it because it didn’t have enough flavour.I couldn’t eat it.Lol.Anyways give it a try

The chicken shashlik are amazing and also the good service
