Westbourne Spice

An absolutely brilliant meal at Westbourne Spice. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we walked in. The restaurant is comfortable with seating well spaced out so you dont feel crowded and there is no rush from the staff. ​The menu offers a comprehensive choice, balancing traditional favourites with their own unique signature dishes. It’s clear the food is freshly cooked using high-quality ingredients, as the flavours were intense and well-balanced. ​I’d highly recommend the lamb chops - they were superb. A great spot for anyone looking for an authentic and freshly prepared meal.

Visited for the first time on Saturday 29th August with my wife and four friends. We would normally eat in Bradford at Akbar’s or International but decided to give this restaurant a try and we weren’t disappointed. From the moment we walked in the door to be greeted by the very welcoming staff to the minute we left it was a very positive experience. The food was absolutely gorgeous. It was a busy service but nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone. The £10 gift voucher for our next visit, ( there definitely will be one), was a welcome bonus too.

Excellent food. Brilliant service and attention to detail was superb. Definitely get your money’s worth with portion sizing. Overall highly recommend. Extremely busy for a Monday so a great place to visit!

Been a few of times now recently and brilliant every time Staff are amazing and friendly. Food is top notch, chicken chat puri is so fluffy and nice. Currys all really good and reasonably priced especially the early bird menu midweek. If I had a minor criticism it would be that the spicy options seem limited as someone who genuinely enjoys spicy food, but all the options are so flavourful anyway so you're not disappointed. Highly recommend

The restaurant has a large car park with ample parking for lots of vehicle, it was looking very busy…. We did not book but we were fortunate enough that after a short wait and a drink at the bar to be shown to a table. Our waiter was Islam who was just a delight. The order was taken and we started with poperdoms and mixed spices. The starters were served after a short wait and were of large sizes and everyone enjoyed them thoroughly. Again the tables were cleared and the mains served, all five of us enjoyed our meals. I had a chicken Tikka with extra spices with plain boiled rice, it was stunning tasty and was exactly what I needed. I had a great experience at Westbourne Spice and would recommend it with a full five star review.

My wife and I had a early dinner and were were very impressed. We arrived at about 5:30, very early for us to eat and there were already several tables occupied, by the time we left, nearly 6:45 it was almost full. We were initially suprised how many people appeared to be regulars and the greeting from the many staff which was both walm and genuine. Once we had the food we realised why, the food was fantastic, the service impeccable. We had poppadoms and a comprehensive pickle tray while we looked at the extensive menu, my wife selected chicken tika to start and i had seekh kabobs, both we rated very highly in fact i would say perhaps the close to best i have had. For the mains my wife selected lamb dopiaza and i went for the lamb karhi which was also fantastic, we had chapatti and garlic rice to go with the mains. Portion sizes were generous. I highly recommend this venue and will definitely be back

Fantastic Experience Had an absolutely amazing experience at Westbourne Spice. The food was exceptional — the butter chicken was incredible, the lamb chops literally melted in your mouth, and the tawa platter was absolutely delicious. The cheesy garlic naan was also fantastic and definitely worth trying. The service was exceptional from start to finish. A Big thank you to Islam. We were there celebrating my mum’s birthday, and Islam and the team went above and beyond to make the occasion feel really special. They genuinely looked after us and made us feel so welcome. Amazing food, fantastic service and a lovely atmosphere. Thank you to everyone at Westbourne Spice for making my mum’s birthday so memorable. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
