Wow Lounge Peterborough, I’m honestly lost for words. The experience I had was absolutely amazing. The atmosphere was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the service was excellent. It’s such an incredible place to eat, and I can’t wait to come back. Keep up the amazing work, guys—you’ve definitely gained a returning customer!

We visited the lounge for early Sunday dinner it was our first visit and didn't know what to expect we were very pleasantly surprised the service was really good with a white choice of menu there is something for everyone the prices are very keen and the food is very nice I chose spaghetti bolognese which was very nice my partner chose a chicken dish which was equally nice. The drinks prices of very keen and the overall bill was surprisingly small thank you. Have revisited a few times and it's all good friendly helpful staff and a menu with plenty of choice, we will return

I’m giving this place such a low rating purely because of the manager, Think his name is Olly. It’s a real shame because the food was actually very good, and our waitress was lovely, but the management is absolutely toxic. We didn't realize the venue was cash-only and tried to be helpful by offering to order via Uber Eats pickup so we could still dine in. Instead of a professional response, Olly—who I understand is the older brother of the owners—was a total nightmare. He was incredibly disrespectful, lecturing our group about Uber’s commission rates and speaking to us like children. Most bizarrely, he made it personal, asking if the waitress "was our sister, would we make her run back and forth"—a completely irrelevant and unprofessional thing to say. We didn't "make" her do anything; she was doing her job while he hid in the back. It’s clear this manager is a complete idiot who thinks he can behave however he wants because of his family connection. He has zero respect for customers and is a quick way to lose business. We won’t be returning and suggest others avoid this place until they hire management that knows how to behave in public.

Not sure who was who was who in terms of service. But on arrival there was a guy sat to the right as you enter, just sat on his phone, not interested in customer engagement. We ordered our food, both meals tasted great, very happy with those. While we're eating, the guy who was sat now comes and stands a couple meters from our table, on a facetime call with loudspeaker, maybe he can't afford headphones, but it's pretty annoying to sit and listen to that while you eat. Overall, food 4. Staff 1.

The whole vibe was so lovely. I went with my friends and we were served by the lovely Eliza. She was so good with us, making sure we had the right food. Customer service was truly 10/10. Thank you Eliza for making our stay so wonderful.

This time I ordered the Kofte kebab and my god am I glad I did, it just absolutely stunningcame with pot of mayo and sweet chilli too, all this for £21 with delivery, easily justifiable Will order again for sure. Unfortunately with the service I ordered on just eat and said to call me when outside as I have a sleeping child, a 7 week preemie more to the point, and he comes and knocks at the door. Otherwise spot on chips were really nice too no complaints, twix milkshake has actual twix in it too I am going there next week to have it in the restaurant too so will update with photos too Update : Tonight went for a meal with a friend, had exactly the same as what I had ad the takeaway and my friend had chicken green pesto pasta and all was much better than a takeaway. Massively recommend it, will be back again early Feb for an update again, a different dish and I'm treating myself for my birthday
