Upton Spice & Pizza Master

The food had no salt and I suppose they gpt confused between biriyani and pilao cz they sent me pilao while I was charged for veg biriyani and if that was actually biriyani then I am really questioning those 5 star paid reviews on just eat. Well, I am winning this tasteless food and wont order again.

My partner ordered a prawn cocktail few hours after eating it he was being sick none stop and continued being sick for 24 hours after I’m not sure if the food is being stored/cooked correctly but something needs looking at

First time ordering and won't be ordering again, beef madras was very very bland and as for the chicken korma they tasted like just pure sugar absolutely gross, i will say the garlic naan breads was nice, delivery was fast and the driver was pleasant.

Fantastic food, sweet Turkish kebab is amazing, like a sweeter Tandoori taste, really nice. Will buy from here again.

Ordered from Upton Spice a number of times and the food is generally good however as a repeating customer expectations are that not only the food remains to a high standard but the customer service is also to standard. The owner is great and gives fabulous customer service but tonight his staff delivered the food. On order, amongst other food I asked for a tray of donner meat which is £6.99. I then altered the order to include a litter bread. On delivery the delivery driver requested another £1.20 for the pitta bread even though if I ordered a donner kebab in pitta would have been the same price as the donner meat at £6.99. I didn't have the extra £1.20 immediately to hand and after discussion with the delivery driver, I said I would get the money and he said hurry up!! Really poor service overall from the restaurant and the driver and to be fair, if the driver had hurried up delivering my food it wouldn't have been bloody cold on delivery. Really, really poor service from a usually good takeaway. Bad, bad, bad.

Nice food but too pricy, spent £44 on 3 mixed donner kebabs. About £14 each is a bit ridiculous

Fantastic food fantastic service and always delivered with a smile. Pizza burgers are amazing from here. Can't fault upton spice at all. Great bunch of friendly people
