Pizza Factory

Pizza Factory Port Talbot is officially our family’s favorite local spot! The pizza is easily the best in town—the crust is perfect and the toppings are always fresh. But the real star of the show might be the shashlik (kebab); it is absolutely perfect, incredibly juicy, and seasoned to perfection. It’s rare to find a place that masters both, but they nailed it. Fast service and consistently delicious food!

After ordering from Pizza Factory twice now, I have mixed feelings about the place. On my first order, I found the menu a bit overwhelming because of the sheer variety, but I appreciated the unique options. The delivery was excellent and arrived about ten minutes earlier than expected. The burgers were juicy and full of flavour, and the mini pizza tarts had a perfectly crispy base with just the right amount of toppings. They were absolutely delicious. However, the chips were quite soggy and damp, most likely due to steam getting trapped in the packaging, which made them feel like they had been sitting around for too long. Unfortunately, my second order wasn’t as good as the first. This time, I wanted to try their pizzas, but something about the dough tasted off. It didn’t quite hit the mark. Once again, the food arrived a bit limp, as if it had been sitting out for too long before delivery. That said, the white chocolate cookie was incredible and easily the highlight of the meal. While my experiences have been a bit inconsistent, I’m still intrigued by their menu and might give them another chance in the future. Hopefully, they can improve the freshness of their deliveries because when done right, some of their food is genuinely great.

I walked in, and was blown away by the warm and welcoming service and atmosphere! The food was fab, there are dishes and drinks, that are traditionally Bulgarian,(That's where the owners are from) they are just to die for. The Restaurant is currently under some light construction that's why my Atmosphere rating is 4 stars.🙏🙏🙏

Food was delicious lovely pizza hubby's chicken very tasty. Chips a tad cooler than expected but I suspect that's due to the delivery bag condensation but it hasn't put us off food here is great, lovely polite delivery driver always checks the address 🍲😍😋❤️

Wow,wow and double wow so glad I've found a place which not only serves the most delicious food but the service and hospitality is second to none. 100% would recommend pizza factory too anyone that I meet. Took freinds there this evening to treat them and they were also very happy. If you want good food and good variety I fully recommend pizza factory. Thanks to Mick and Di Di xxx
