BEST value PROPER pizza takeaway in Preston and Fylde. We live in Freck and there was nothing decent near us for less than £20 a pizza. Their oven is wicked piece of kit. Real wood fire. Mr. Slice and company are absolutely sound. Will be going again soon.
Pizza arrived slightly late but that's not the concern Pizza was burnt quite badly .Offered the alternative of driver will come and pick up burnt pizza and garlic bread. and then it would be replaced Obviously they don't believe me Otherwise would send replacement straight away. See photos. NB .Whoever boxed it new it was burnt.!!!
I’ve never experienced such poor customer service. More than 2 hours after ordering I finally get through to them on the phone asking for order. No apology just an excuse that the driver has been to addresses who aren’t answering doors. I then ask for an update on when it will arrive and get told it will be another 20mins. Again zero apology given/offered to cancel my order. I said no to this/I still wanted the food. Kids had to go to bed because tired of waiting for it. I then receive a message off the app who say the order has been cancelled. Rang them again and they told me they weren’t "accepting orders from rude customers". The only thing I did was say I think you should at least acknowledge that it’s been too long/give me an apology which they refused to do. Never experienced anything like it. Mr Silce guy must’ve been having a bad day. Never again.
Great pizza and garlic bread. However delivery (via Uber) was terribly slow . We ordered at 7.15pm with expected delivery due at 8pm, after 2 phone calls delivery arrived at 9pm. As an apology We have been promised free pizza next time but we shall see...... UPDATE - ordered 3 pizza , 2 garlic bread and some chicken strips. All arrived on time and tasted great 😃
I was recommended this place by a friend and I'm so glad we tried them. Very nice pizza thin and crispy and cooked to perfection. We had the Baller which had Swedish meatballs, goats cheese and caramelised onions on .. very tasty. Good choice of toppings, they also do chicken strips and cookies which we will be going back to try. Highly recommend this place myself
