Charcoal Grill | Radstock

So dirty even the rats probably won't eat here and it smells strongly of rotten meat. I've been to many kebab houses over 4 decades and this is the grimmest I've ever seen. I was hungry and finished work late so I thought I'd play it safe and order vegetarian. When the guy behind the counter said that he'd "never heard of Falafel", and, that "this is a kebab house, we don't serve stuff like that", that was the final straw. Never heard of Falafel?? That's like a French person saying they've never heard of a baguette. To be honest I think I dodged a bullet.

Food was delivered at 00:15 with no bag, soggy chicken burger with a massive bite out of it and soggy kebab. Called to complain to ask for replacement food, guy on phone said can't as closing even though website said open till 01:30, everyone else is closing and it's been busy so we're closing. Asked what are they going to do, are they going to send some food? Heard some swearing and they hung up on me at 00:25. No answer when I called back. Not happy and angry!

Ordered online £50 worth of food. Turned up and our wraps are freezing cold. This is the second time this has happened so I called to ask for a fresh one and the two men I spoke to on the phone just yelled down the phone at me saying my food is not cold, when it was. They proceeded to hang up on me. We then went down to the shop to prove the wrap was cold where the men then started on my friend and banned him from the shop. Awful service and not great food. Avoid at all costs.

(update 3*) I visited to get food I went in and stood for a couple minutes with no one serving another person walked in and finally someone came out to serve when the food was being cooked the staff seemd ok just what you would expect from a takeaway. The food was nice so would be a place I would consider when in the area. The carpark area is not good your garenteed to get blocked in which I was but luckily a van beside me moved so I could get out. (original 3*) A ok fast food takeaway in radstock. Whilst the food is fast the place needs a update as starting to look a bit unwelcoming it looks like it hasn't had anything done in many years if at all. Parking can be a bit difficult depending on the time. Still great to have charcoal grill in radstock and it looks to still do well as always see people in there.

Awful service, food delivered cold. Got shouted at down the phone for complaining and hung up on. Took the food back and the man shouted and swore at my friend, pointing in his face and then banned him from returning. Worst service & food ever.

Absolutely disgusting we ordered from there on 08/12/2023 and the food was appalling it was freezing cold and opened my daughters cheesy chips to find long black hairs in it absolute vile

Listen when I want yummy crappy food. I don't want to pay the world for it. Other local take aways keep putting the price up! When the helpful people at Radstock Charcoal Grill. Keep prices reasonable. It can be a bit hard to park sometimes. But that's it.
