On a hot day we dipped into the New Belgium bar to such a warm and friendly welcome. The beer was ice cold and the pizza was AMAZING! The best pizza I've had outside of Naples - seriously, it was that good. The prices are great too. I used to hang here back in the day but left the area. Now I'm back and I'm happy to say the new owners have excelled themselves with the gorgeous refit. Shout out to Francesco, the marvellous pizza chef! Thank you for making our visit such a memorable one. We will definitely see you soon!
Me and some of my friends came here last night and it was amazing! We were welcome by the lovely team there (Shout out to Rita!) they have so many good things to offer like a free pool table, great service, and live music too! We will definitely be coming regularly now we know you guys are here!
Me and my pal went on a random bike ride ended up to this gem of a place the owner/cook walked up to us and offered us pizza for Free and omg!! It was amazing packed with flavour it topped our ride definitely be coming back thank you!!!
The bar has various food outlets or "eateries" Best thing on a sunny afternoon is to order a pizza or some chicken from Saint Smokey’s and enjoy a pint while you wait. Smokey’s barbecue serves the best Caribbean chicken I have ever tasted. Do not miss this on your visit to Ramsgate. Fish and chips is so 2007. Smokey’s Caribbean Barbecue is the way my friends.
Came here to say Sunday not planned. Just walked in from celebrating birthday on the beach! There was a live singer who was great and we decided to have food! And it was great we had pizza and sides and wow it was incredible!! Definitely recommend ♥️♥️
Went here with my wife in May 2027. We were greeted by Rita, who made us feel really welcome without being in any way intrusive. The food options include pie and mash, burgers and large pizzas and drinks options included Belgian beer. There are also desserts including cheesecake. Was quiet when we went, which was a shame as they're a really friendly team in there and it was a much better experience than the Wetherspoons right opposite them.
Organised a birthday meal for my partner. Owner more than accommodating and even opened up the burger bar which was meant to be closed to accommodate some of us who didn’t want Smokey’s. Service was amazing and staff super friendly. Great atmosphere with an area out the back which allowed the kids to play pool and mess around without any fuss. Food was brilliant, couldn’t fault it. Would highly recommend.
