Reading Grill

The driver was excellent — polite, followed instructions perfectly, and clearly working hard on a busy Sunday, which I really appreciated. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing. It arrived cold, which affected both the taste and texture, and it didn’t look particularly appetising — as if it had been sitting for a while. I understand it was a busy period, but better coordination is needed to ensure food quality is maintained. The service from the driver was great, but the food didn’t match that standard.

Best kebab place in town, been coming here for many years, most kebab shops down Oxford Road use cheap meat but this place you can tell the quality is much higher.

I ordered two kebabs through Uber Eats and had a really disappointing experience. The delivery took over 2 hours, which was already frustrating, but what made it worse was the condition of the food. Both kebabs smelled bad and seemed rotten, making them completely inedible. This is unacceptable, especially when ordering food late at night. I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering from this restaurant, as serving spoiled food is a serious concern.

Waited over an 1:40 minutes kept being told food was on way. Then got told the car had broken down when it did arrive it was cold. And absolutely no apology or replacement. Disgusting rude and disrespectful will never go there again.Very unhappy with every aspect of Reading grill.

Lovely food 😋 Decent portions sizes...great customer service... I get mine delivered and they use there own drivers...which are always respectful and polite and well mannered...

Food was so good and the staff were so friendly and kind i lovee it,will visit again♥️
