Pizza Hut Redditch

Ordered for my sons birthday party and Pizza Hut delivered delicious hot pizza’s on time! I ordered via the App which is super easy and had loads of great deals to choose from. Delivery driver was friendly and even helped me lay the pizzas out. 👏 I will definitely be returning - thanks!!! 🙏🏼

Won’t be ordering again. The customer service is utterly appalling. I ordered the cookie dough with ice cream, not knowing that the ice cream is apparently complimentary now. The store was out of stock and instead of communicating that, they decided to wait until we phoned them to tell us that they have no responsibility to send it anyway. Contacted customer service and all they offered was a £5 voucher that doesn’t even cover the cost of the cookie dough.

So after popping in tonight I met two lads, Matt and Mark and I was blown away with their professional attitude and also their great customer service. I am genuinely very grateful that I met these two and also the food was brilliant!!! Well done lads.

Ordered a veggie sizzler and a tuna pizza. The sizzler came out undercooked, like it hadn’t even seen the oven properly. The tuna on the other pizza was completely dried out; looked like cat food and tasted revolting (see attached photo). We also ordered a dessert that was supposed to come with ice cream. The ice cream didn’t show up, and when we called them about it, they said it’s "complementary" so they don’t actually have to send it if they’re out. No heads up, or attempt to resolve, just told us we could complain online if we really wanted to. They refused to refund the dessert even though we wouldn’t have ordered it without ice cream. The whole thing felt rude, lazy and dismissive. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ordered pizza this was delivered and the pizza was lovely and hot and I must say very tasty The gentleman that delivered was also very polite

I love this place and people who make your days special.❤️ Pizzas are always same delicious, no issues,no delays!

Wow did a half and half and paid £1.80 per half for extra extra sweet corn so a total of £3.60 which I wouldnt mind as I really was craving sweet corn. A tin of sweetcorn cost between 45p and £1.10 depending on brand. I DOUBT I go double sweetcorn as there was barely a single portion of sweet corn on each half. I wouldn't recommend this restaurant and if you do don't bother paying for extras. Better still buy a frozen pizza and heating it yourself at home. Update: after being asked to contact customer service in response to this review to make of seem like pizza hut had a concern their response "We’re really sorry your Pizza from our Redditch Hut wasn't up to scratch we really appreciate you letting us know so we can look into this. We’re so careful to make sure we’re always generous, so it’s really disappointing to hear. We’ll be sure to pass your feedback on to ensure standards live up to expectations in the future." ... as if I am buying a pizza from here in the future. By a frozen pizza or use any one of the other brands that make a decent pizza and don't rip you off
