Vintage Bakery

Thought i had dropped lucky to get a rare sighting of a malt loaf last week. But when I opened it up it was really dry! Used to like them but will not be risking it again in a hurry.

I would be twice the size if I lived close to the excellent Vintage Bakery! Best bread I think I’ve ever had and the atmosphere and service are second to none! Treat yourself, have a cuppa and buy everything- it really is that good!!

Absolutely love my weekly trip to the bakery. Everything is made fresh daily. Great coffee too! The pastries on Friday/Saturday are a real treat! The baguettes are perfect for a tasty sandwich and the sourdough is the best I’ve had with my eggs and avocado breakfast. A real asset to our town you must try it! ⭐⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Finally got chance to call in today and buy a Sourdough loaf … wow did not disappoint it was amazing! Crunchy crust and soft delicious bread very impressive

myself and my neighbour love this shop, bread how it use to be made, nothing artificial, our personal favorite is the brown with seeds in, the malt loaf is also excellent, the flour used is from our local windmill at Leverton, you can sit in and have a coffee at reasonable prices

I only popped in because my dad had to get himself a loaf. We stayed for a coffee and thenI decided to buy myself a nice cheese loaf. The bread is lovely. I had to go back this week to get another one and treated my parents to a sun-dried focaccia. Try it, you'll not be sorry.

Outstanding bakery. Great range of delicious food and so friendly! Bought the frozen pizza dough today and it made a brilliant pizza base. Highly recommmended.
