What an absolutely fascinating business model this shop has discovered: becoming a Vinted parcel point while simultaneously acting deeply offended every time someone brings in a Vinted parcel. The staff reacted to me approaching the counter like I’d personally ruined their entire day by daring to use the service they advertise. The dramatic sighs, filthy looks and attitude over scanning one tiny barcode honestly deserved a BAFTA nomination. I’ve had warmer welcomes from airport security. At one point I genuinely felt like apologising for the inconvenience of them having to do the job they literally signed up and get paid to do. Silly me for assuming a parcel shop would… handle parcels. If customer service was an Olympic sport, this place would confidently come last and blame the customers for it. Would not recommend unless you enjoy awkward tension and feeling like a burden for existing.

Honestly, I think walking into this shop to send a Vinted parcel was treated with the same level of suspicion as attempting a bank robbery. Apparently becoming a Vinted parcel shop was a complete shock to the staff, despite the signs, scanners and the fact they literally get paid to handle parcels. You’d think I’d arrived asking them to personally carry my package to France by hand. If handling Vinted parcels causes this much emotional distress, perhaps simply… stop offering the service? Revolutionary idea, I know. Absolutely bizarre experience.

Unwelcoming,no maners at all,man very rude,only ok if you buy,will only post parcels if you are bulled into buying something.really something should be done about this shop.he thinks he has the right to bully and to speak to people terrible.even swearing at them.not a nice place to go.should go to the shop next door where people are nice and have lovely customer services

When you want to use the parcel service to collect they will put other customers who are paying first as priority... these companies pay them to have this service in there shop but they make out that its an inconvenience... I would never really use this shop to buy anything as its looks like a bomb has gone off in there stock everywhere not great...

Terrible customer service, never choose as an evri pick up location, they think they're doing you a favour in stead of them being paid to do it!.. now hygiene ratings have caught them, only 1 rating, I'm not surprised. I love karma 😁
