Fatty’z - Ordered at 8pm and food did not arrive until just before 10pm. Chicken tenders were half frozen, chips were cold, burger was soggy. Rang the shop twice - first time at 9:20pm - was told driver had just left it should be 10 minutes. Rang again at 9:48pm as food was still not here and he has to chase up with driver. Was disappointed as previous we’ve had good orders from here before.

I ordered a Sunday dinner with extra meat but it was only maybe a third of a chicken breast, not worth the extra. The meal was very cool by the time I received it and the gravy was cold and tasteless. The meal was just adequate but no more for the money

Ordered 2 breakfasts from "The uppercrust sandwich bar" today. Really lovely, it was cooked beautifully and you get a nice amount too. Best place for food for miles, in my opinion!! Delivery Driver is really nice! And she always reads my delivery note, which is fabulous! She also comments if she likes my note 🙂 Brilliant food, brilliant service, brilliant staff.. 10/10 😍🫶🏼

Food was nice, bit cold but edible. The worse bit was the 1hr 25 minute wait. Thank you for your response the food should have been here for 8:45 i didn't get till 5 to 9, after ordering at 7:30.Just because it showed sorted about 8:44 does not mean I received it. Even the driver said sorry for been late.

Undercooked veg and roast potatoes that were totally RAW in the middle. This was a total waste of money as the majority of the food was inedible and went in the bin. WE WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN as this quality of is inexcusable. The only good thing I can say is the gravy was nice and the food was warm.

Food was good and delivered quickly. I have given a 3 star as 1 item was missing even though it was written on the container. Also I ordered 2 of some items and got 1 of everything, this may be an App fault.

Brilliant app with a wide range of food outlets to choose from. The drivers are always friendly and polite, and waiting times are kept minimal. Any issues are quickly resolved by the fabulous customer service team who always go the extra mile to ensure you get the best service possible. Overall a professional, local team who provide a much cheaper and effective alternative to other delivery apps.
