Very good place for shopping, have a seat for eating and drinking. Upstairs there is a few small restaurants , personally I love the Greek one ATHENA. There are lovely people and the food is delicious. If someone like Greek kittens definitely need to go and try it. Prices are very good and big portions.

Market situated in 2 floors , first floor Butchers, bakery, pet food , fruit stall upper floor food court. All clean and well maintained. Loved this flower and Sweets and treats stall opposite the fragrance shop. Although cards are accepted over certain amounts, cash payments are encouraged.

The food court on the first floor is a wonderful place to eat with a wide variety of different culinary delights. St John’s fish and chips is well, chaat express has a great selection of vegetarian dishes, Athena has a great selection of Greek dishes that are tasty beyond comprehension; and there are others all offering great food. Very good value with fish, chips & curry or beans or peas for £5.50; Indian dishes from £4.98. I recommend you give it a try.

Love this indoor market right next to bus station. It has some very affordable food vendors on the first floor. Great vegetable at the front of the building. You have a number of butchers on the ground floor and a bakery. And other stalls cards cloths jewellery bags.

Come and visit the unique St John’s Market in Scunthorpe. You will find a kids play area, kids arts and crafts, nail salon, hair dresser, children’s clothing, outerwear, watch maker, plus size, seamstress, scents and makeup stalls on the first floor. Lots of food options form Indian, to gosh and chips to sweets treats and savoury lunches. The ground floor - butchers market, kids pjs, more clothing, jewellery, accessories, best baked buns in the area and eggs galore. P.s. also the cleaned bathrooms around the city as well. Well… where do I even start 😅 We arrived thinking "nice little market trip"… and left questioning reality. The ground floor took about 3–4 minutes to walk around — and that included a second lap just to make sure we hadn’t missed anything (we hadn’t). A few stalls, a bit of everything, but nothing that really stood out. Upstairs? Even stranger. A couple of shops, some hair and beauty places… and loads of empty units giving off serious "ghost town" energy. The food options? Somehow not a single one tempted us — and we were hungry, so that says a lot. Now here’s where things took a turn… We’re pretty sure we saw people walking around in wolf skins 🐺… no idea why, no explanation, just casually happening like it’s completely normal. Then — and I swear this is true — there was a sheep 🐏 in the market. At that point we just accepted we’d entered some kind of alternate universe. Oh, and yes… we also think we spotted a spaceship 🚀. Because why not? Parking being card-only just added to the overall "what is going on" vibe. So we stayed for the 2 hours of free parking, left hungry, slightly confused, mildly entertained… and with more questions than answers. Safe to say, Lincoln, Doncaster, and Hull feel a lot more… normal 😂

Great place. Everyone incredibly friendly. The staff at the fish and chip stall could not do enough for us. Great vibe. Ali’s food stall is great value for money and it’s not hard to see it’s a family run business. The meat stalls were well priced and the place is clean. Wholesome morning with the missus. My only complaint is we did not realise sooner. Give it a go.
