Bradley's Butchers and Delicatessen

Disappointed at having to write this, however, I feel I have no choice but to complain as a regular and loyal customer throughout the years. Absolutely disgusted with how I was spoken to by one of the butchers today. Excuse the pun, he is pig ignorant and shouldn't be working in a customer facing service. He shouted at me and accused me of throwing food outside the front, which I explicitly denied to him, he then verbally abused and belittled me in front of customers and staff. Never had a problem with any of the lovely workers there before, until this incident. I can go into more detail should this need to be addressed and looked into, which I think it should. I can also provide supporting documentation. AVOID this local business, that judges local people. Oh, and also, when I asked his name he used somebody else in the businesses name, instead of his own. Great stuff!

Not the best. Phone them to order some guanciale in for a dinner party I am holding. They told me they would get this in the follow week on Tuesday to let me know it had arrived It's now Wednesday with no call. So I called them to find out if they had arrived. Nope it's hasn't and they just infromed me they can now not get it. 3 days before my dinner party. Not the best serves or knowledge of Europe food stuffs. Honestly quite disappointed

The team at Bradley's prepared an amazing sandwich spread for a party we were throwing. I contacted them on Monday 28th August 2023 in a panic as was such short notoce .They were able to accommodate our needs for the upcoming Saturday 2nd spetember 2023 . The food was amazing and so much variety for 60 people. Thankyou Bradley's for being super helpful and the food was amazing.

Outstanding selection of cheese. I already loved their Stitchelton and their Picos Blue Valdeon and now they have introduced me to Nidelven Blå - spectacular Norwegian blue. Very special place with very special cheese.

Excellent coffee shop. Great breakfast and lovely staff

We stopped by Bradley’s Coffee Lounge and left wondering if we’d just had the best Full English of our lives or accidentally joined a food cult. Either way, no regrets. The eggs were fluffy and tasty, like they'd been cooked by a cloud with culinary training. The coffee? Beautifully strong but not a hint of bitterness, the kind that wakes you up and makes you feel vaguely like you've got your life together. Now let’s talk about the Full English. None of that supermarket-budget nonsense, you can tell it was made with quality ingredients, cooked with actual love (or possibly witchcraft because it was that good). Upstairs, we were looked after by the fabulous Ruby and Lucy, two superb young servers who were as friendly and helpful as they were efficient. If Michelin stars were awarded for customer service and charm, they’d be halfway to a constellation by now. All in all, a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you’re in Shrewsbury and not eating breakfast here, you’re doing mornings wrong!
