We had a lovely meal with family last night. Restaurant was very clean. Staff were very attentive and polite. We were glad we could take in our own alcohol and also have the choice of an Indian beer. The food was EXCELLENT. Hot in temperature and well presented. One on the best Indian meals I've eaten in ages. The prices were reasonable too! My husband is vegetarian but also a lover of hot and spicy. They produced a dish to his liking. All in all if you can please our family, you've cracked it!! We will definitely be back!

Had a great experience here. Everything was very good overall – the food tasted fresh, staff were friendly and quick to help, and the place felt clean and nice. Highly recommended!

A beautiful atmosphere, looked forward to an evening with 5 family members. Arrived at our booked time 6.30. But food didn't arrive till nearly 8pm!!! Far too long to wait, especially if having a drink on an empty stomach!! Saddly it ruined our evening, especially because 2 other groups, who arrived AFTER us were served their meals, long before us!! The food was generous & tasty for 4 of us, but 2 of the group had what looked like a bowl of tomatoe soup with a few pieces of chicken in it.

We arrived last night at 9PM. A group of 5 (3 adults and 2 children) We walked in really excited to try this place having never been before. Walked through the door We didnt get greeted, we just got told to go and sit in the waiting room whilst they got a table ready for us. Once our table was ready, our server walked over towards us with the menus and instead of speaking to us he did a head side nod as if to say "follow me" which we didnt like at all, we found it quite rude. We then sat down and he asked us "what do you want to drink" which is thought he could have been a bit more friendlier in asking such as "Hello everyone, can I start by taking your drink orders" you know... the norm. We said our drinks and one of us adults was having a good look at the drinks menu, and whilst she was doing that, the serve huffed and puffed and banged his hand on the table which we thought was so unbelievably rude. This was enough to make us not want to spend our money here. We as a family understand how hard it is to work in that industry but we have never experienced such rudeness. We got up, went to walk out and may be the manager? Asked us we were going and we politely said the atmosphere in the restaurant was dier, and our serve was very rude and carried on walking out and we left so frustrated and angry and we all said we would never go back there again to be treated like that. We then went to our favourite Indian "Simply Bilash" which we we should never have not gone to because they love everyone that visits them.

This restaurant is also doing 50% off all food up to the end of tomorrow as part of its extension to #eotho offer. When you arrive, you go down the stairs and the restaurant is underground as such. The interior represents the majority of Indian restaurants with appropriate music, leather seats, white layed tables and lighting to match. Staff were all dressed smartly as you would expect. Staff greeted me immediately and were wearing PPE with hand sanitiser avaliable and a sign in book as opposed to the usual NHS Test and Trace barcode. Free Wi-Fi was available. I went for the following today; Starter - Mix Platter -- Chicken Tikka, Hariyali (Green) Chicken, Kebab and Tender Lamb Chops. A lovely mix of everything here (minus the seafood of course). The green chicken is a popular north Indian choice. It came with a sweet dipping sauce. All the meat on the plate was hot and tender and presentation wise it was appealing. I found no issues with the quality of the meat and enjoyed this very much. There was no spice at all to all the items on this dish though remember I really love spice. Main - North Indian Chilli Chicken - Chicken pieces cooked in 5 spices of sauce and flavoured with garlic, cayenne pepper paste and fresh green chillies. I do love my spice and this was recommended by the staff member. This was the perfect sauce. Hot enough for me to taste it but not enough to not enjoy it. A fair amount of meat is in the curry and you can taste the garlic in this one. A very smooth flavour to it that tastes great. A tandoori roti accompanies the above. This was nice and fluffy. This came to £12.90 after #eotho which was excellent value in that respect and can be compared similarly to some set menus but I did have a chefs speciality as opposed to the normal options on a traditional set menu. I was able to walk in luckily but the restaurant was fully booked after 19:00 so is a popular location. There is a similar location in Birmingham but they were only offering 25% off. Recommended!
