Staff are so rude. I don't know who I was served by, but she is not meant to have a customer facing roll. Young, brunette girl with glasses. I was next in the queue and couldn't see inside the hot counter, she shouted me over to be served. I walked over and was still trying to see what was available - I explained to her sorry just one moment I can't see what's there and every two seconds 'what do you want'. I finally started stating what I wanted and every time she bagged something up 'is that everything' over and over. She was so rude, didn't smile once. Horrible girl.

You know what? I really like this Greggs! Wanna know why? Absolutely consistent! Don't know how they do it, but this little gem in Stalybridge, just hits the spot every time, unlike others we could mention (Cheadle drive though, cough, cough) The sausage and bacon breakfast roll never disappoints, again unlike some others we could mention, but all that aside, this really is a shining example of what to expect from Greggs and I love it! Even though I arrived literally 2 customers too late for my usual sausage and bacon roll last Saturday and had to make do with an ordinary sausage roll instead. That's not their fault, that's mine. Should have got up 5 minutes earlier! 🙂

Worst greggs I've ever been to , the staff take to long in serving people , probably doesn't help they are all old ladies , maybe it's time to find a different job as waiting 20mins+ to pay for a pack of pre packed sausage rolls is a p-take , never mind when I've ordered online , it's even worse , can't even get people's orders right from reading off a screen , they seriously need to get some new staff in as these old women are useless , AVOID unless u like paying for burnt/ stone cold food and also not getting what you ordered.

Ridiculous... Offer delivery using just eat. THREE seperate occasions now I was sat waiting... And waiting.... And waiting... And waiting.... Nothing even packed and on the road. Why offer the service if you quite obviously do not offer the service

Absolutely fantastic staff at Greggs They sure do a mean flat white with caramel syrupy Each time I go in for my coffee come out laughing Thank you from Bluebird candles 2020 Stalybridge
