Chicken Union

I had the mala chicken bento and corn dog. The chicken was perfectly crispy and moist on the inside. The mala sauce was amazing. not too salty or sweet or anything, and had a great chili oil-like flavor. The corn dog breading was a delicious pancake batter and was full of melted cheese. I would love to come again.

The Korean fried chicken was incredibly crispy and flavorful. Definitely one of the best I’ve had!

Absolutely amazing! I ordered the K-Chick Dog Set and was so impressed. The food arrived piping hot and tasted incredibly fresh. The Korean corn dog was my first ever and it was unreal, and the chicken was honestly next level. So hot, crispy and the flavours were insane. I’ve lived in Stirling my whole life and had never tried Chicken Union before, but after hearing good things online I finally gave it a go. Safe to say I’ll definitely be ordering again. 10/10!

Delicious food. Everything we ordered was great! Corndog, tteokbokki, tteokbokki chicken and kimchi fries with cheese! Amazing quality, quick service. Would recommend to anyone that loves Korean food!

Very friendly welcome, asked for help what to order and they were very happy to assist. Had fried chicken with a gochucheng/spicy bbq type sauce, chicken not soggy perfectly crisp and tender inside. Delicious just the right level of spice for my palate. Also had some beef gyoza style dumplings, again cooked perfect very crispy dumpling with soft, tender well seasoned beef inside. Had some custard pancakes after, they remind me just like my mums homemade scotch pancakes, light fluffy and spongy. Fresh custard was nice but next time il try the chocolate 😂 It's a small place, I felt like I was in there home but not in an awkward way at all I felt very welcome and the food was amazing. Reasonably priced too, I imagine a KFC with similar amount of food would probably cost more. Can't recommend enough

The place is weird in such a good way that it's impossible to describe. It's cozy, intimate, with little objects everywhere that make you wonder if there's a story behind them. It's almost as if this family invited you into their home for food. The food is unbelievably tasty, too. The Suwon chicken is amazing, as is the typhoon chicken. The bubble milk tea is also really good. And the family that runs the place is so, so nice. Super attentive and kind. I can't recommend this place enough!

Get it while it's hot Finally managed to catch this place open and nipped in for a wee snack on the way home. My wife had tried this place on takeaway before and not been too impressed, but having it served fresh in the restaurant it was significantly better. Spicy kimchi niangao chicken, 7.5/10, we enjoyed this punchy spicy sauce with lovely crunchy chicken a lot. My wife usually has niangao from the supermarket and I find them a bit slimy and unpleasant, but these ones were crunchy and fried before being drenched in the sauce which made them much nicer. The chicken was nice and tender, but felt the sauce was a little overpowering. Much more than a single plate would have been a bit sickly. Overall the owners were really nice and friendly, happy to chat and share their story with us. Despite the signs saying cash only, they do actually have a card machine. The seating is a little basic, however, and didn't make us want to sit for too long.
