Cheadle Kebab and pizza house

Ordered food to Alton Towers, food arrived at relatively good time and the value for money was alright. Wasn’t absolutely exceptional but couldn’t complain either, just left in delivery notes for the driver to call me when he arrived at the reception which he did. Highly recommend if you’re staying at Alton Towers and don’t fancy paying the premium price at their restaurants.

Mouldy pizza base, not the first time I’ve had this either! I mean how can you miss it? Two pizzas came like this, for this order. It’s disgusting. I wouldn’t even give it to a dog. Used to be such a good takeaway but no good anymore

If disappointment had a flavour, it would be this place. For the premium prices they charge, I was expecting a gourmet experience — instead, I got what tasted like a sad Tesco frozen patty in disguise. And by "gourmet," they must mean "straight from the freezer to your regret." 🤮🤢 We were starving after a long day at the waterpark, but even hunger couldn’t make this edible. One bite in and we were already contemplating life choices; two bites later, it all went in the bin. Not even a drop of ketchup or mayo to help resuscitate the flavourless, icy tragedy on the plate. Save your taste buds, your wallet, and your dignity — eat literally anywhere else. And when I called the restaurant straight away I was told that they can’t do anything about that. And also I don’t know how they managed to make chocolate milkshake taste like mango milkshake! That was yuck 🤮 Overall 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Me and my family love this place, yes the staff could look abit more cheer ful but the food is gorgeous for the price. The check and chips are delicious, the chicken is moist and crispy , the pizza has never been moldy and always flavorful well worth my £30

My mum ordered a takeaway this evening and, after eating part of her pizza, discovered mould on it. Food being served in that condition is completely unacceptable and a serious food safety concern. When she contacted the establishment to report it, the response was just as shocking. Staff were rude and dismissive, offering only a refund for the pizza and suggesting she "go to hospital if she felt unwell." There was no apology and no genuine concern shown. Serving food that is clearly unfit for consumption is bad enough, but the terrible attitude and lack of responsibility made the situation even worse. Environmental Health have now been contacted, with photos taken and samples available if required. Needless to say, we will not be ordering from here again. I would strongly advise others to think twice before doing so.
