Swansea Kebabs

Just found out after a dozen orders that I’ve been charged £5 for my £3.90 chips on card. As service has only been compromised primarily by poor customer service (hence the continued efforts to order from here - not knowing it was £5 for chips and not £3!!) I would not reccomend going here unless you want to deal with the pirates. Had too many occasions with bad staff negotiations on poor behaviour from other customers to consider ordering from here again. I have had nothing but a 9/10 bad experience from here. This is the one day I’ve come not being drunk and actually realising what was being done. On another note the disgust from the staff when I told them that this wasn’t on made me feel not only terrible for giving my services but also robbed of my cheerful self This location deserves not only a place with far better staff management for how poor they treat customers but also a better establishment for food given to students?? We aren’t rats. We are people

Don't belive the haters. One of the best chicken wraps I've ever had. 🌯 Under £8 and Huge. Very popular, right in the centre of town. Lovely staff, big menu 😋,

Stay away worse chicken ever. 1 was Not cooked bloody and 1 was like its got cooked last weekend... plus Very bad chicken kebab was gone off. Everything went straight in the bin waste of money. Now I ordered it from a different shop because my kids will not eat it...

Worst kebab I have ever had, hardly any meat and very little salad also had an onion Baji that had no taste to it at all. First and last time for me

We received a note in our order saying we need to pay for our toppings next time and that we only paid for cheese then asked for extra toppings. However I would like to let you know that the app didn’t give us the option to choose toppings. We selected "make your own" and the only option was the type in special instructions there were no toppings to select so we didn’t know what else to do. Thank you for adding our extra toppings and there may be a problem with your uber eats 🙂

Could not be worse food was late and was also undercooked and then also they gave out food that was bigger to other people that ordered later than me full price . Lady who served me served me a smaller pizza at a later time compared to the other orders. Also , because I was unhappy with what they also served me at a 2 1/2 inch pizza absolutely unhappy would never ever recommend.

This place is great for a quick bite to eat at the end of a night out. Will often order chips and curry sauce, which you'll usually receive before you even have chance to pay which is quite odd. The place is quite rundown and the staff always seem quite cold and disinterested. I wouldn't go here if I was sober, but otherwise would recommend if you're looking for food at the end of a night on wind street!
