The Food Warehouse by Iceland

This store won't honour offers that they have on display above freezers, then will swap the poster for another one while you're at the till trying to pay for the offer, then will deny that it ever existed and treat you like you're trying to cheat them. Head office useless too. Never handing money over to these again

Well laid out store, I haven’t visited an Iceland for many years but was pleasantly surprised. Good stock if you like frozen food and the price is reasonable in comparison to other stores

Iceland , Parc Tawe, never again poor service 2 days b4 Xmas fair amount of shoppers only 1 till open poor lad behind till had no support, no effort by management to open another till, I was not the only 1 that left full trolleys went across the road Farm Foods 3 tills open great service

Great staff. Lots of choice and some good deals. I won't shop anywhere else.

Love this place, not only amazing value for money, but I left my phone on the shelf today, after picking up some storage boxes, and the security on this evening shift found it and by the time I got back to the shop, he was already on the phone to my father (who's listed as an emergency contact). He seemed so happy as well that I had returned to collect it. The staff and produce that come from this shop is incredible 👏

A great selection of not just frozen food but a nice choice fresh food also. The layout of the shop is easy to walk around especially when you got two children and a baby in a pram. The prices are also very reasonable and the quality of the food is good as well.

A lot like a regular Iceland with same products, with options to buy some products in bulk giving you bigger discounts, majority of products as usual are frozen so you need a big freezer at home to be able to take advantage of a big shop. Very clean and the staff are bubbly and happy to help. Car park is very busy and awkward to get in and out of.
