Visited today for birthday lunch with family , our waitress was very friendly and helpful. The food was great . When we wanted to pay there was nobody to be found , then eventually someone appeared , we had query about our bill as some of our discounts hadn't been applied , so a manager came over to help the lovely lady who was serving us , straight away we could tell this manager was not happy , blonde lady with glasses , 40s-50s , no politeness and seemed abrupt with us . It's a pity as the rest of our experience was enjoyable . Probably won't return to this branch due to the way the manager made us feel .

It was 25 July 2026 Thank you, everything was brilliant – the food was delicious, the atmosphere was relaxed, and the waitress was very attentive. Thank you to her for the pleasant conversation and the wonderful experience

My partner and I had a delicious Italian meal and were served by the lovely Dee, who looked after us and provided a beautiful friendly hospitality. She made sure we had everything right, and checked on us often. We really enjoyed the hospitality.

The food was great and the server was good. However, parts of the building seemed abit run down and not looked after. Boxes leaning up against walls, hoover left lying around. Bathrooms seemed very run down with the doors under the sink swinging open exposing a large hole in the floor. Could do with some TLC

Immaculate service especially for a large party and staff having to walk up and downstairs to serve. Quick and responsive. Better than the other pizza expresses we been to.

The rewards are brilliant and the staff member Dee worked so hard while the boss on her break .. Dee was friendly & very attentive. Our pizzas were delicious 🍕 Had a yummy dessert free for my birthday treat .. definitely recommend joining the rewards club.

Enjoyed an American hot. So did my friend. I fealt a bit disappointed when I found out the Roma version was a lot larger than the classic. The Roma is more expensive, but it turns out the thinner bread spreads out more giving you a much better toppings deal. Dee, our server, was great.
