Dixy Chicken Telford

The peri peri chicken meal was amazing. Juicy and delicious. Clean tables. Toilet with hand wash /dry option. The guy behind the counter was nice and did his job properly. I will definitely will come back.

Really disappointed - my cat ate super well tonight!! majority of the chicken we fed the cat and doesn’t that say it all for a £50 meal I bought for my family. I wish it was just one thing. Ordered the deluxe party bucket 1) the chicken burgers the meat was cold, stale and dry almost like it was a lunch time burger served for ours at dinner 2) the chicken was so greasy esp at the bottom of the bucket it literally dripped off the chicken onto my plate 3) I found a hair within the batter of another piece and 4) two of the pieces were blood red inside, appreciate you have dark meat nearer the bone this was red like undercooked. Really disappointed and won’t be back all I am hoping for now is none us to have food poisoning or to get ill to be honest. After ordering at counter and waiting close to 30 mins for the food you would expect freshly cooked. Should have trusted my better judgement and stuck with KFC.

The food at Dixy was absolutely amazing. Everything was served hot, fresh, and packed with flavour. The pizza was delicious, the burger was outstanding, and the spicy rice with chicken was full of taste and cooked to perfection. I also had an Oreo milkshake which was just lovely – smooth, creamy, and really hit the spot. The service was equally impressive – warm, friendly, and really quick. You can tell they care about both the food and the customer experience. Highly recommend!

Had a great experience at Dixy Chicken. The staff were really friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from the moment I walked in. The food was fresh, tasty, and served quickly. What stood out the most was their special burger sauce – absolutely delicious and one of the best I've had. It adds so much flavour to the burgers and makes them even more enjoyable. Overall, a great place for a quick meal with friendly staff and quality food. I'll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended! 🍔🍟😊

Been going to dixys for years all over the country. This isnt a normal dixy. Its much better. Additional things on the menu, including smash burgers and loaded fries. Clean and modern decor. Not the typical "boss man" chicken shop feel

What a brilliant experience at Dixy Chicken! (Castle Street Telford)The food was so fresh, hot, and packed with flavour, exactly what you want. What really made the visit stand out, though, was the exceptional service. A big shoutout to Nadia and Jawad, who were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, creating such a warm and positive atmosphere. And the cherry on top, they offered free tea, which was honestly a lifesaver in the chilly weather! Such a thoughtful gesture that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Great food, amazing staff, and those little extra touches that make all the difference. Highly recommend!
