Thornton Cleveleys Taxis

Have started to use this company for a week now and have always been reliable, helpful and friendly drivers with nice clean cars. You get a message sent to your mobile when they are nearly there and a complimentary text after they have dropped you off. Always on time and they take cash or card which is a bonus. Good reliable service all round. Would definitely recommend them.

Booked a taxi for 5.30 am to take us to Poulton train station, on Sunday told them about luggage and 2 people ,had a phone call 12 hours before pickup that they couldn't do it ,only for 1 person 😡,1st and last time .

I needed a taxi to take me to my mother's in Blackpool yesterday. The taxi came almost immediately after I rang. I asked if the taxi could park on the drive because I don't walk very well due to MS. The taxi driver was very pleasant, offering his arm to help me to the car and helping me out at the other end. I would thoroughly recommend this firm to others, particularly this driver. Kate

Thank you so much Thornton-Cleveleys Taxis! We booked 2 cabs for 10 of us to get to Funny Girls last night. You were on time, absolutely lovely people and very reasonably priced! You made the night such a smooth event! THANK YOU!! X

I ordered a taxi from h re yesterday at 4pm, going from Thornton originally to Town area however changed my route when I got not far from town. What I noticed was the driver was very rude and obnoxious & abrupt with me. He took the long route around every direction and drove extremely slow in some areas which were traffic was low, obviously to keep his meter topping up. He had sat vav but insisted over and over again to ask me for directions at what felt like every angle. I asked him if he had sat nab to which he replied yes so I was extremely confused why he hadn't used it on the town mile journey. He was extremely rude in his attitude to me which I will be ringing the office to complain about him. He asked me a question which I was really uncomfortable with and I've never been asked of Amy taxi driver in my life and have had thousands of taxis before. He asked me were my mother lived? This was out the blue, this was personal and this was also irrelevant. He made me feel very uncomfortable and out of place for a taxi I was paying for and for his wage! I left the taxi and said to him his attitude says more about him than what he was trying to insulate about me through his indirect insults comments and questions. I've used this taxi rank on lots of occasions but I'll never be using it again and I'll be letting those in the Thornton area aware ofy experience. Abdalutely disgusting
