Rhondda Pizza and Kebab

I have ordered from this shop numerous times with no problems but tonight had 2 pizzas delivered they were burnt and all scrunched up in the box as if they had been carried on the side and not flat when they were warm I have never had pizzas delivered in this condition I don't know how they were sent out of the shop so burnt. Also when I rang the shop the lady put the boss on the phone and could not get him to understand what the trouble was all he kept saying was that the cheese bubbles and stuck to box would not recommend them to anyone

We ordered around £80 worth of food and the order turned up wrong with multiple items missing including chips, two cans and chicken. The owner shouted at me down the phone, was incredibly rude and even threatened us and offered us on. The customer service was shocking. Mistakes can happen, but the way this was handled is inexcusable. I will never order from here again and would strongly advise others to avoid.

Our favourite kebab shop around by far & has been for years, never had a bad meal from here

Was traveling through wales from London, and tried out this place, the service and the chicken kebab and chips where on point v.well cooked soft chicken and chips where nicely crisp. Owner was very nice and welcoming 5 stars for this for sure 💪🏻.

Had my first delivery last night . Was delivered within 45 minutes, piping hot, the food tasted absolutely amazing, It was cooked beautifully and the portions where large . The lady on the phone was lovely and the delivery guy was also very nice. Can't recommend yourselves highly enough, will definitely be ordering again soon.
