Absolutely beautiful food. The best kebab I've had for years, and generous portions. Definitely a new regular customer. Would highly recommend.

So OK, I rang to complain as we spent £15 for a kebab and no meat arrived, just salad and pitta bread. In fairness, Friday night, very busy, understandably I couldn't get through to restaurant for an hour or so. Eventually got through and manager/owner was very apologetic and said themselves that I t was not fair after we had paid for meal. Offered to resend whole meal immediately but we insisted not necessary. We appreciate contact from restaurant who endeavoured to make good. We did enjoy our first takeout with you and thank you for putting right our second meal. We will order again from you soon

I've just had a boneless Chicken wrap from here and it was delicious definitely be ordering another one soon

We have literally just received our order. The food is delicious but we ordered a calzone with doner, peppers, chicken and pineapple but theres no doner at all.

Had a new item since I last ordered. I had a huge Chicken Casserole that came with a beautiful fresh salad and large wrap. All fresh delish and perfect for a wintery night.

Buggsys has always been known for higher quality, larger portions, with a higher price to reflect this. They have always greeted me with a smile and taken extra care when preparing my food. This has now changed, and after giving them a chance to keep their service to what we have come to expect, I'm afraid it's time to say goodbye. Seeing a portion of my prepared food put back into the food warming tray because the new owner thought there was a a bit too much in my wrap is just grim. I feel sorry for whoever gets those pieces of chicken that were supposed to be in my wrap. They sat on the grill, tossed around for a few minutes and then just got put back in the warmer. To the new owners: Congratulations on buying your new business venture, and I wish you the best. Unfortunately I'm going to find somewhere else, and I'm sure everyone in work who I have pursuaded to become your regulars will be. Good luck guys.

This place is amazing great staff, delicious food. My family said I should got to a restaurant for my birthday meal. Nope I'm going to Buggsy it's the place to go.
