Neptune Fish & Shish

Ordered the food from just eat, when we got it i saw the large cod was questionably a medium size at best. Initially the chips where ok, but then a strong taste of oil (not grease) but oil was all we could taste throughout. All the food was dry, and the mushy peas smelled like gasoline, and tasted heavily of vinegar, we couldn't finish the "meal" after feeling sick trying to eat it. I called them asking what the deal was with the fish and he said "brodder next time we send correct one" to which i just hung up. Got a refund through just eat after sending in the pictures. First and Last time I will ever order from here. I do not recommend wasting your money.

Shoddy food and rubbish customer service. Avoid like the plague. Ordered this pie along with a soggy sausage in batter. The chips were cold and re heated for a while. Rang to complain and was told they would re deliver. Waited 45 minutes and rang again and was told they would deliver tomorrow. Unbelievable. No refund so far.

Terrible food, terrible service. Called me a liar and said there wouldn't be any problems with their food. Told them they could collect and see for themselves. Refused to come and replace. Disgusting food burnt to crisp so much so that there was no filling in pie. Chips cold and tough. Sausage in batter soggy on outside, not convinced its cooked on inside. Never going to use them again. Suggest no one else goes there either.

Purchased chicken wings when I got home they are not cooked I called the shop to tell them and for a rude response and the phone was put down

After reading the reviews, I wasn't sure about ordering, but I did and it was really good. Fresh fish and chips, had some issues on the phone and the guy helped and sorted it out communication was great, quick delivery. Definitely recommend 👌
