Shish Kitchen

We had a fantastic dining experience. The food was incredibly fresh, full of flavour, generous in portion size, and absolutely delicious. We visited as a group of five (Gladesmore Legends) and were made to feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The manager was a warm, friendly gentleman who took the time to greet us, which added a lovely personal touch. The service from the entire team was outstanding. They were attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming throughout our meal. To finish, we shared a selection of desserts, and every one of them was absolutely delicious. A wonderful restaurant with excellent food and exceptional service. We would happily return and highly recommend it for all.

OMG...absolutely lovely evening. Food was amazing I had the lamb chops and lamb ribs with bulgar rice instead of traditional rice (as it's New Years☺️). The staff were very accommodating and welcoming especially Elena who recommended the BAKLAVA which I was a little apprehensive to have due to past experiences where it was too sweet in other shops, however this one was FABULOUS I had to raise a thumb to the chef with complimentary turkish tea (and a few other extras) always goes down a treat. I will definitely recommend and return if in the area again. Thanks

Absolutely amazing experience at Shish Kitchen! The food was outstanding—fresh, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. Every dish was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. A special thank you to Sep, who made our visit exceptional. Sep was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and genuinely supportive throughout our meal, making sure everything was perfect and that we had everything we needed. The level of customer service was outstanding and really made the experience memorable. If you’re looking for fantastic food and exceptional hospitality, I can’t recommend Shish Kitchen and Sep highly enough. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Nice tucked away turkish restaurant, with free parking. Main food was good, lacked a bit of flavoring although everyone enjoyed it. Rice portions wasnt enough, and no chicken doner in the mix grill. Staff was nice, without asking gave my niece a baklava on a plate with Happy Birthday written and candle. Very thoughtful and sweet. So thank you! Tea was the best ive ever had. Overall would go there again just a little bit quiet, could do with some round tables and more meze variety.

Food was lovely once it arrived ( although some dishes were only luke warm), as unfortunately there was a mix up with our order, but we was not told until after. They did give us extra bread and hummus etc whilst we waited, but our mains took 1 hour to arrive. It was fairly busy, but communication was poor. They also gave us an extra round of drinks for the troubles. So they were aware all was not as good as it could be, and staff were all very nice.

I've been here many times and will keep returning. The quality of the food is a 10+ and I feel is underpriced especially for the large portions and quality of the meat. £55 for a mixed grill for 2 but this could easily feed 3 to 4 people. The cocktails are amazing and staff have always been welcoming, especially the chef and short older man who makes the cocktails. Credit to the chef who is very passionate about his food and restaurant. If you are thinking of paying a visit you wont be disappointed. I think people forget the times we are living in and High standards and quality food isnt cheap, that's why I say that Shish Kitchen is definitely underpriced. People that get it will always keep returning, those that don't can always visit Mc Ds instead if they want cheap 🙂
