Genuinely terrible. Ordered last night due to an uber eats discount code, it wasn’t even worth the heavy discount. It took 97 mins for the food to arrive. (Ordered 6:30 arrives at 8:07) Food was cold, soggy, chips were slimy!! Disgraceful. Utterly disgraceful

Have been a regular customer here for years and was never disappointed but unfortunately, recently, food quality has not been good. Last 2 orders have been bland and tasteless and lacking in the usual vegetables. It’s a shame and I won’t be ordering again.

Possibly worst chippy in Warrington. Chips were actually rotten and gravy tasted like Tescos own. My dog genuinely wouldn’t eat it even with "cheese" and gravy on top. Cheese was akin to the gelatinous mass found in tins of dog food too. Went in bin within 5 minutes of delivery. Livid.

Just ordered Sweet n sour Chicken with fried rice..... It was atrocious, the chicken was not at an acceptable standard ,they wernt chunks, but more like pickings of wings from the chicken that was cooked other day,I spat most of it out ,I wanted too take it back, but I guess I would be a karen,,I live around the corner ,I will be walking past it next time

Orderd of just eat a chow main. Looked to see what was in it.. normally carrots onions ext.. says online noodles choose meat. It came with bamboo shoots abd mushrooms and in a sauce never used to have those it came dry with the veg above. I phoned to ask if it had been changed they said you should made us aware your allergic to bamboo shoots.. I told them everything else containing bamboo shoots was stated including ones with nuts but this was not on this items discriotion. She told me that's my fault and offered no help or option or gave me a chance for me to order another to be deliverd the way i needed it whitch I would of payed for she abruptly hung up on me before I could do anything. I heard it had gone down hill but this response and the quick to blame me has put me off I always buy same things due to getting used to whats in them . Been going to them for years. What a shame
