Lovely little restaurant. Food amazing and staff very friendly. Had a great night.

Terrible taste, cold, parts of the order missing. Took longer to deliver missing items than what the original order took to be delivered. Need to change their telephonist, his customer service was appauling, never order again.

Had the most beautiful meal from here last night. Soo nice im having it again tonight. Lanka Piaza. Try it its the best.

Food was dreadful. I ordered Tsndoori Chickenn Masala which arrived in a bright red sauce that looked like passata! It was very sweet and the chicken had been cooked on skewers for too long as it was tough. The vegetable samosas had something very hot in the middle and I couldn’t eat them. My husband was very unimpressed and my granddaughter (visiting from Australia) was also very disappointed in her king prawn masala which she had to go fishing for in her super sweet, bright red sauce. Almost £40 and two out of the three of us could not eat ours. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone.

Having moved to Australia 23 years ago from Washington this was my first time back eating at the 42 year old restaurant and my this awesome food has been sent from the Curry gods. Absolutely fantastic curries that almost want me to pack up the the place and take it back down under. To top it all the staff were not only attentive, happy to see us but we’re keen to have a laugh as well. A great place that has and still does stand as a great landmark in Washington.

Great selection of food and the quality is superb. We’ve used this a few times and tried different dishes- all have been tasty and well prepared. The service is truly amazing- prompt delivery of very hot food by a friendly and helpful person. Star is our favourite now.
