Went for the first time today. We were looking at the menu at lunch time when a member of staff pointed out the senior menu we chose our meal 2 courses. The meals were served lovely and hot plenty of it for lunch really enjoyed it. AND. The staff were lovely and friendly we will definitely return. Thanks very much
The food was just unfortunately undercooked. I ordered a slice of cheese and onion pie and veg was rock solid. Got a replacement slice. Same again. The staff were so apologetic. It was just a shame, I eneded up getting a lasagne in the end but it was a little awkward as my family had finished their food and was waiting on me. I insisted on paying for my food but the staff wouldn't take it.
Really nice friendly pub with great staff. Will definitely go again next time I am in the area.
Always a friendly welcome. Food is always hot and tasty. Great staff and always an enjoyable visit
Pretty good standard pub fare. Quite male dominated environment but felt safe and welcoming anyway
