Goulash

Hidden gem right in the city centre. It's always very quiet, main meals are under £20, specials just over £20. Menu is small but I have tried 3 dishes over the time and was never disappointed. They also have multiple daily specials. Especially loved this kárpáti borzaska. Portions are definitely made with big men in mind because I tend to get half boxed to go.

A little gem of a restaurant in the centre of Aberdeen. No wonder it’s been running for over 30 years and is rated in the top 10 of international restaurants in Scotland. A wonderful menu of authentic Hungarian food, generous portion size and very reasonably priced. It doesn’t look much to look at but it’s worth a try! The beef goulash was super tender and my colleagues food was exceptional as well

We loved our food and the lovely couple who took care of us. We enjoyed the Hungarian beer and wines and had the goulash soup, chicken paprikas and the schnitzel. Everything was fresh, hot and well prepared. I recently visited Hungary for a couple weeks and I think that this meal was as good, maybe better, than the food we had there. Lucky Aberdeen

I was in Aberdeen only for the weekend, and after having a meal on Saturday, I knew I would come back to this restaurant on Sunday as well. The food was absolutely delicious and the portions were generous. The dishes had very rich, well-seasoned flavors. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant itself, although small, had a lovely, cozy atmosphere. Highly recommended.
