Foxes Pub & Restaurant

Foxes is a pub/restaurant in Dunadry which is between Templepatrick and Antrim. You can't miss it, it's got a huge mural of a fox on the side of it! Six of us had dinner there and we were all very impressed with the food. Everything was very tasty. My wife said that the jam and coconut sponge with custard was the best she had ever tasted! All reasonably priced too. Service was of a good standard and there was plenty of people around which made for a good atmosphere. We will definitely return again soon to try more dishes.

Loved this pub! If we were living here we would come every week. Great atmosphere, service and food. They have improved the decor so don’t go on what google says. Loved it!

Visited here today (25.02.26) and the food was absolutely delicious. Inside was welcoming and the right temperature. Staff were friendly and helpful. The music was at the right level. We will most definitely be back.

We visited Foxes for lunch today and were thoroughly impressed. The building has been recently renovated, and the dining area and bar have a warm, homely feel that made for a very comfortable and relaxed dining experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive. We both ordered the chicken stack and asked to swap the mash for chips—our request was accommodated without hesitation. The food was fantastic: well portioned, beautifully presented, and full of flavour. The chicken was lightly seasoned and an absolute delight—tender, juicy, and cooked to perfection. The peppered sauce was a real standout: rich, smooth, and flavourful without being overpowering. I’ve attached a picture of my meal below to show just how appetising it looked. It’s rare to visit a restaurant where every aspect of the experience—from service to setting to the meal itself—is so enjoyable. Foxes truly delivered, and I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

We were based with my colleagues in hotel across the street for couple of weeks so obviously we went here for some evening refreshments and some delicious food too...lovely atmosphere not so crowded and we were super lucky with almost 2 weeks of sunny days so we could sit also outside enjoying the sunshine while waiting for our food to be ready...any choice we had was done in time and very tasty also list of dessert if you go for some light lunch of soup can't be missed 😀 and various choices of non alcoholic drinks was good for drivers. Funny statements on the walls add to the friendliness of the local staff. Good job Foxes 👏
