The restaurant itself is nice, bright, and clean, which gave me high hopes. Unfortunately, the actual dining experience was a total letdown. I'll let the photo speak for itself, but here were the main issues: The Food: I was served the wrong burger entirely. The one I did get was poorly assembled and the patty was severely burned on one side and bone-dry. Even the toppings felt like an afterthought, felt like something made by a child. The Service: The staff seemed completely unbothered. The staff member taking my order seemed completely lost. For example i was ordering the burger box and he kept saying I only had the option between a "Classic" or "Zinger" burger, even though the menu clearly states "Any Burger." It felt like he had no idea what he was doing or simply didn't want to check the menu. Ironically, the best part of the meal was the can of Coke. If you're looking for decent food this is not the one for you.

Ive been coming here for a couple of years and will really miss it as I leave Belfast for sunnier climes. I pretty much always go for the peri-peri wings which I reckon are better than both Nandos and Pepes, good portion size although I have noticed a little 'shrinkflation' from when I first arrived here. Quality of wings is excellent including the period sauce, always go for thr hot option! Chips are also great and theses guys are very consistent in their service. You also have a choice of either the Fireaway which is a great fired pizza experience or chinese/ wok bar and coffee shop too, they basically have 4x different food experience under one roof. Its all reasonably priced too!

I got the portion of 12 peri wings, absolutely shocked with the food results as the first bite I took of a chicken wing was completely raw, I was also with my little cousin who’s wings were also cold and completely raw, and when I say raw I mean the chicken was not cooked at all. Absolutely disgusted with the result of the food I was served with! In order of that I had to get a refund for it all.

Went for the first time today! Great service, lovely staff and the highlight was the food! The burger was perfect, and the cheesy chips unreal! Will definitely be returning to try other foods.

Stopped in at approximately 12:40am after visiting friends before heading home to Dublin. I ordered a hoisin duck noodle box, the guy who served me was very nice. However, the food smelled weird, I ate small amount of noodles first but when i took a larger amount i had to spit it out, the meat was bad, it had spoiled and tasted rotten. It is not going to be a comfortable drive home.
