Utterly brilliant advice, service and help, replacing the cooker the day before Christmas eve. Hotpoint would have had us wait until the new year!

Following several unsuccessful attempts to order a replacement double oven from Howdens in Bideford a friend recommended that I contact Bideford Appliance store. Jayne very quickly responded to my request and forwarded options to choose from, they were able to provide me with a top rated brand (Bosch) at a cheaper price than the Howdens own brand (Lamona) plus, within the price they also included fitting and disposal of the old units. Both ovens were fitted by Garry to a high standard, I would highly recommend this company. In my view the added bonus when dealing with this company is you are being served by the owners of the company, who clearly care. Thank you Jayne and Garry 10/10👍

Awful, awful service. Mother wanted to support a local business, when I suggested a number of larger chain stores. Fitting the washing machine, Bideford Appliance Store ripped up the new lino that was fitted - blamed Mum for wanting it on the lino! Went in to the shop to complain and sort out, haven't heard a peep. Almost to the degree of fraudulence. Stay well clear and avoid like the plague.

We cannot praise Jayne and Gary enough. They have supplied, installed and removed old washing machine oven, hob and grill. We will be imminently having a new fridge freezer and its reassuring to know we will get the same treatment. We would highly recommend Bideford Appliances to anyone needing an electrical appliance. I cannot thank this store and it's staff enough. They have saved me at least £140. They talked me through a very simple and extremely effective self repair. This saved the store precious time and probably did them out of a few quid in the processes. I recommend highly!!
