I really love Wagamama, especially the one in Bolton. The service is always great, and the staff are very friendly. There’s a really nice atmosphere every time I go there, and the food is always delicious. Simon is especially friendly and always happy to help - he gives great recommendations when I want to try something new.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Wagamama. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a genuinely warm and welcoming atmosphere. The service was incredibly quick, and every member of the team was friendly, helpful, and attentive. A special shout-out to our servers, Issy, Carmon, and Jess, who made our visit even more enjoyable with their wonderful service. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the atmosphere was perfectly balanced—relaxed and chilled, thanks in part to the great choice of music playing in the background. It was the ideal setting for a great meal. Overall, it was a five-star experience from start to finish. We're already looking forward to our next visit!

We were shown to our table... Table was dirty.. Had to ask for it to be cleaned. Megan served us.. Have to say it was the worst service in all our years of going there.. So embarrassing. Gave us a dirty can of diet coke which had to be replaced.. Finally ordered dessert and separately ordered icecream.. The ice-cream never arrived cause she was too busy flirting with the opposite table.. So we asked for it to be taken off the bill. The manager was not very helpful either.. So no point complaining to him.. All in a it wad a very bad experience.. Which is a shame.. As we eat there often and have never had bad customer service.. We always leave a tip.. This time I'd happily receive a refund.

I ordered the beef and kimchi gyoza, my gyoza was raw with the beef being white and frozen solid. I’ve never experienced this before and am deeply dissatisfied as well as being made to pay the full amount for it.

Staff here are genuinely so so lovely. They do an excellent job every single server ive met, managment give them love they make my visit always great. Shame about the axing of many vegan options going on here but thats not their choice, I will continue to harass the wagamama higher ups online.

Megan was fantastic, surprised me with a little cake for my birthday. Extremely kind! Super chatty, she was great

We ordered curry chicken rice and duck don. The prawn cracker was free after downloaded the apps and you can save stamps to change free food. I think the duck don is a bit sweet but it’s fine and better then the curry chicken rice. It’s not taste like curry, not much flavour. The portion is good enough to make you full. You can have a try for the duck don but it is £19.5, maybe some other dishes are better.
