Essex Grill-5 - Hutton - Brentwood

I’ve been to Essex Grill-5 multiple times, and every visit has been fantastic. Most recently, I had a lamb kebab with chips, and it was absolutely delicious. The lamb was well-seasoned and perfectly grilled, served in a warm, slightly charred flatbread with a generous drizzle of creamy white sauce. The vibrant red cabbage slaw and crisp shredded lettuce added a fresh crunch, while the golden fries on the side made for a satisfying meal. The portion size was more than generous, and the flavours were spot on. Beyond the food, the customer service here is amazing. The staff are always welcoming, smiling, and making you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. It was warm and comfortable inside, and we were able to sit down and enjoy our meal. When it came to toppings, the staff were incredibly accommodating, happily adding more when requested. Essex Grill-5 is not only great for individual meals but also delivers on big orders. We placed a massive order for a party of 50, and they handled it flawlessly. Everything arrived on time, fresh, hot, and just as delicious as when dining in. This is hands down one of the best kebab spots in Shenfield. The food is consistently excellent, the portions are generous, and the service is top-tier. I’ll definitely be coming back again. Highly recommend!

We were driving by from my son football game, starving and far away from home and we randomly spotted this simple place and pulled over..drizzling marinated meats cooked on charcoal, fresh salad, amazing house wraps, succulent and flavourful in every bite, home made sauces..also i want to praise the team who moved with purpose while delivering outstanding communication and customer service..we’ve just sat down to observe while 25-30 different orders we’re getting prepared at the same time, while other 4-5 delivery drivers were taking out full bags of orders.. Back to the team, 4 speedy chefs and 1 sharp amazing lady working back to back, packaging and keeping all this hecticness in order(Laura if I’m not mistaken)..place was still packed with people in line when we left, hopefully from 1 Romanian hustler to another, Laura, I’m proud of you🙏

Ordered online and picked up within 15 minutes! Kebab was exquisite and the garlic bread pizza spot on. Will be ordering again - 10/10!
