A good sandwich but not wow like they used to be. Certainly not like those on the ads. The new set up is nice but not big enough at busy times. Also can't see it working in the winter without any cover. Nice but not great!

Some of the best sandwiches around! This place was queued up when we arrived & you can see why, well worth the wait! Massive delicious sandwiches, I need to come back ASAP to work my way through the menu

I would give up my first born for one of these sandwiches. There’s always a queue when we go but the wait is absolutely worth it. The senorita is my new favourite but don’t sleep on the breakfast bagel either! Our favourite thing to do is grab a couple sandwiches, a drink and some cookies then head down to the beach for a little picnic. Absolute gem of a place xx

Visited on the weekend. Stopped of in the Catch fish and chips shop next door to Cobbles. The fish shop looks brand news and the server was lovely. They had their festive menu out and long side their general menu. Both were lovely and something different -I did think the loaded fries were a bit expensive for what I had but the flavours were pretty good. My little one loves fish bites and fish gojouns were more like nuggets than fish bites as you'd expect. It has a lovely play area and seating outside but the elements will get you if its cold or wet. The only thing I thought was bad was the cost of a can! £2.50 for a can is taking the biscuit. Would definitely pop back next time we are passing but with our own drinks!

First time visiting after following on instagram and it did not disappoint!! The ladies in there were so friendly and welcoming and even explained the meal deal offer they had! The sando’s, tater tots, cookies and ice drinks were amazing and I can’t wait to go back and try the rest of the menu! Parked up at the beach to enjoy. Totally worth the 1.5 hour trip to get there!

Lovely first visit, a bit of a wait but nothing too excessive - around 15 minutes. The food and coffees my partner and I had were excellent. Not cheap, but you don't leave hungry either. We spoke to three or four members of staff and all came off genuinely friendly and helpful. It was fairly busy and the Christmas music was quite loud, but the atmosphere was good, and the courtyard is sheltered from the rain and wind. The car park is gravel but well maintained, no potholes.

Amazing sandwiches and plenty of choice, always a little queue but not surprised as its a popular place. Plenty of parking and dog friendly too. Only a small amount of seating under temporary shelter, so you may have to eat elsewhere. We've been lucky to get a table. Also recommend the Cobbles kitchen next door too. Sandwiches are about £10 but are super filling!! Definitely recommend 👌 I'd mention Gluten Free options available but not suited for ceoliacs due to cross contamination.
