I can't recommend the Crown Inn highly enough. The food quality is excellent and very reasonably priced. We have had Sunday roast two weeks running which has been fantastic. Generous portions and top quality meat and vegetables plus decedent and delicious homemade desserts The service is friendly, relaxed and we were all made to feel welcome including the 4 legged member of the party. All the staff go out of their way to provide a great experience. Looking forward to our next visit.
Staying local for our holiday in Somerset. We had been out for the day and thought we'd stay out for dinner and try The Crown and were very happy we did. Dogs were welcome which was a bonus as we have two. Service was great and the food was even better, proper pub food we loved it and our kids did too clean plates all round 😋 desserts were amazing also if you can manage it after the hearty mains. Overall I would highly recommend it.
Stopped here on Sunday evening and had a really nice experience. Yasmin who served me was friendly and welcoming, and the food was clearly homemade, compliments to Mike the chef. I also stopped over in my camper and had a good night’s sleep. Just what I needed after a long drive. Will definitely stop again.
Excellent Sunday lunch. Staff and owners were fabulous hosts. Live music was good. I’ve no hesitation in recommending this pub ! Will definitely be going back again !!
Lovely village pub, food is amazing, the portions are huge, great value for money. Highly recommend if your in this area.
Went for Father’s Day lunch for their Carvery. Plenty of food, selection of three types of meats, large vegetable selection. Yorkshire puds homemade. Well priced. Very friendly staff, great service. Clean. Enough parking place. Booking essential.
We kept driving past this place and finally stopped in for a meal and a couple of drinks. A beautiful traditional old country pub which is perfect as it is, a proper home feel, ALL of the staff are extremely helpful and friendly with delicious food! We can’t wait to go back
