Run by a lovely Thai couple, this restaurant is a litttle gem in Broadstairs. Very authentic Thai food, portions are just right and prices are also very reasonable. Been going to this place for years, and their food is always consistent. They do lunch specials as well which is really good value. Highly recommend.

We had a very disappointing experience at Siam Kitchen and won’t be returning. From the moment we arrived, the lady running the restaurant came across as unfriendly and, at times, quite rude, which didn’t make us feel welcome. Unfortunately, the food was even more disappointing. The mixed starter was dripping with oil, and what I initially thought was squid turned out to be battered onion rings. I’m still not sure what was in the prawn toast, as it didn’t resemble any prawn toast I’ve had before. When my green curry arrived, the first thing I noticed was a black hair sitting on a piece of bamboo shoot. The chicken also had dark veins running through some of the pieces, which was very off-putting, and the curry sauce was so thin it was more like a broth than a traditional Thai green curry. Overall, it was a very poor dining experience, both in terms of the service and the quality of the food. I left feeling extremely disappointed and won’t be returning.

We’ve visited Siam Kitchen in Broadstairs a few times over the last few years. Always had great service and enjoyed fantastic food. Tonight was no exception, tempura vegetables and prawns and a lovely red chicken curry. A bottle of red wine shared between 3 of us and all for less than £20 per head. Fantastic attentive service from the owner who made sure everything was perfect..

Wow, this is definitely one of the best Thai food in Thanet. I can tell you that this is NOT 100%Thai, I feel they are more Indian Thai, but the food is delicious. Lamb shank curry is fantastic. Every other dishes were so delicious, and the service was excellent. We will go again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

We come here every time we’re in Broadstairs. Lovely freshly cooked food - tempura veg, tempura prawns, pad Thai and red chicken curry. Excellent service from the lovely owners and a great setting. Would definitely recommend.

Had the egg fried rice, it was good. My friend had the mixed seafood fried rice she said that was GREAT! However, my lemon iced tea and her thai milk tea both tasted oddly artificial (would not recommend). And the menus/tablecloth smelt funny too.

hidden gem alert! stumbled across siam kitchen by accident while otw to a different dinner spot - caught my attention when i walked by, then took a sharp u-turn spontaneously and so glad i did! from the decor to music to service, everything was perfect. i felt like i was instantaneously transported to thailand! complimentary prawn crackers were so fire!!! i ordered pineapple fried rice with prawns and mango sticky rice, of which both were perfectionnnnnn. prawns were fresh, fried rice was fragrant and the crunchy cashew and juicy pineapples really sealed it for me. mango sticky rice was served piping hot, the chewy rice paired with the juicy mango pieces and crunchy sesame seed MAMA MIA!!!!! and not forgetting how value for money everything was!!! £18 for a main, drink and dessert AND 10/10 quality???? i would actually travel here all the way from london just for all of the above. highly recommended!!!
