wagamama chelmsford

Always love Wagamamas but this branch is one of the best we've been to. Lovely friendly staff (Gloria & Gifty especially) - so kind & helpful made our kids' visit really special. Delicious food as always & lots of great veggie and vegan options. Love the kids menu too - the Bento is great as they can choose a few different bits so you know they'll actually eat something! Easy parking nearby - we walked 3 mins along the canal to Waterloo Lane carpark but looks like there's others nearby.

From the soul to the bowl. It is literally that way. From the waitress to the manager everyone is looking forward to give you the best customer service experience. Our waitress David was always hanging around his zone if any of his guests needs something. Delicious dinner, big dishes, with fresh food, Great quality and they also are happy to modify your selection if you want to take something out or add anything else. This is a place where you definitely want to return. Thank you guys for serving us a great weekend.

I recently dined at Wagamama and wanted to share my experience. Unfortunately, the duck portion was on the smaller side, and the meat was quite dry, which was disappointing. However, the ramens were as delicious as ever. We tried the soy chicken ramen and the grilled chicken ramen, both of which were quite good. The restaurant itself is spacious, with plenty of seating available for customers. One downside was that the toilets could use a refresh; they felt a bit outdated. The service was pleasant and helpful, but they did forget one of our meals, which was a bit frustrating. A common issue I've noticed at Wagamama is that meals often arrive at different times, making it difficult for us to enjoy our food together. It would be nice if they could improve on that aspect. On a positive note, there’s parking available on the street around the shopping mall, which is convenient. Overall, it was a decent experience, but there are definitely areas for improvement.

My favourite place in Chelmsford, I went there with my daughter last day. Great food and fun, the place is buzzing and gives the happy vibes. We were helped by Pinky who was very cheerful and helpful..not just her everyone were very nice. See you all soon I love your food.....

Really nice food and excellent service! Ash was amazing and extremely helpful throughout. We had a great experience and would definitely recommend it.
