Zizzi - Chislehurst

Hi, we had our mum’s birthday celebration today and although we didn’t like where we were initially seated (Air conditioning not working), the friendly manager (Gospel) and team did their best to accommodate us in another section. She also took it upon herself to look after us and it was a lovely experience. We hope on our next visit, the air conditioning would be working especially in this hot weather. Gospel was fabulous and she went above and beyond to make sure we were okay despite the fact that it was super busy. The chefs did great as well. From starters to dessert, everything was perfect.

The server was helpful and friendly. The children's pizza was thin with some ears - my daughter ate without complaining. It was a rare stress free meal and we shared the pudding. All great value for money.

Excellent food; we had the seabass and leaf salad (pictured) and meatballs. We were efficiently served and beautifully looked after by the lovely Angelika. Thoroughly recommend.

The service is AMAZING!!! From the door to the table, from starter to dessert, the service was impeccable. Angelika was so friendly and everyone could feel her passion and positive energy. The restaurant is spacious, food was great, and don’t leave without coffee. Highly recommend and will defo come back again!

We visited Zizzi Chislehurst recently and wanted to leave some feedback. Angelika, our waitress, was excellent in every way — attentive, friendly, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. She’s a real credit to the team. The pizza was enjoyable; however, the tiramisu was extremely disappointing . Honestly the worst we’ve ever had. The texture was completely wrong and the flavour did not resemble tiramisu at all. Please review the recipe and quality of this dessert. It should not be promoted as a favourite in its current form, as it does not reflect the standard expected from Zizzi.
