Hashtag Fusion

Chicken wings were completely raw! Never again

We used to loved this takeaway when it first opened but recently but the business has gone down hill, we have recently changed address and put a order in but realised I hadn't changed my delivery address so I phoned up straight away changed it they said it was fine. Waited an over an hour before phoning up to see where it was it was on the way. 45mins later it still hadn't arrived I phoned up again and cancelled the order. They put the phone down on me. 5mins later the driver turned up and I refused the food as I knew it would of been cold. I phoned the shop again to tell them I wasnt accepting it he said it will be 5mins 🤦‍♂️they tried to persuade me to accept the order by giving me complimentary food on my next order i still refuse and then they was saying they would knock £4 off 🤣 even though we had waited nearly 2 hours for the delivery. I ended up sending the driver away with the food and they again put the phone down on me. I will not be returning

Hashtag Fusion offers tasty food with good portion sizes and a varied menu. The flavors are enjoyable, and it's a solid choice for a takeaway meal

Ordered hashtag through uber eats to be delivered. 3 hours had passed before our food showed up, after multiple phone calls to the shop to ask for a refund with the phone being ended on both me and my partner, we told the delivery driver we no longer wanted the food and would like a refund, we sent the food with the delivery driver back to the shop. TO THEN BE CHARGED £32.50 FOR FOOD WE DID NOT HAVE!! Customer service was absolutely shocking and I will be taking this further till my money is refunded.

Food was lovely and so was the delivery driver

Scran is very good but a bit slow delivery

Chicken over cooked and dry and skin full of grease and burnt. Hot wings had no flavor what so ever. The only things good here is the sweets/chips.
