Diwali Indian Restaurant (Farnborough)

We’ve been going to Diwali for a long time, and the food has been absolutely delicious every single time! There’s a fantastic choice of both vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes, so there’s something for everyone. The staff are always friendly, welcoming and attentive. We always have a wonderful experience!

Best Curry in town! I ordered for my first time tonight after having a high recomendation from a friend - i was not disappointed. I ordered Chicken Biryani with a side of Mutter Paneer - the portion size was fit for a king! The Mutter Paneer was creamy & delicious with plenty of paneer. The Biryani was a thing of beauty; perfectly cooked, layered with plenty of chicken and the sauce was packed full of many different vegetables - some I've never seen before in a Biryani Sauce - magnificent. The papad were delightfully crispy and none of that oily residue which many come with; a true delight! The chutney's provided were delectable with their own distinctive flavour. Overall I will most certainly be ordering again and look forward to dining in the restaurant very soon!

Lovely birthday meal at Diwali today. The food was delicious and served hot. The dips with the popadoms are so fresh and tasty. The service is amazing and the atmosphere is chilled. Very happy with this indian restaurant. Worth a visit xxx

A mate from work, recommended this restaurant so we all came here last week to give it a go. Must say, The food, in particularly the Starter. ( Chaat Puri Chicken) is up there with the best I've ever had. Food took a little while to come, however I'll take that as, all the dishes were fresh, delicious and tasty. Poppadoms served warm and mint sauce was so good we were ordering more to go with our mains. would definitely recommend and I'll return.

First time eating a proper meal at an Indian restaurant and wow! What a great meal. Service was amazing. They were there at your every need. The potato naan (like a pita bread with little pieces of potatoes) was excellent. I also got the fried egg rice since it is close to fried rice in the states. For the meat, I got chicken tisala (not sure on spelling sorry) and it was really good. Mix the chicken and rice together and use your naan to compliment it, and you have an amazing meal! Will definitely return and give it a go again. Try it!
