I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing girl working here who keeps the entire place absolutely spotless! She works incredibly hard, is always on the move, and makes the dining experience so much better. Excellent customer service and dedication!

Came through the drive through and Louie gave amazing service. Wished me to have a great day. Very polite. Our order was correct and made perfect like always. Best McDonald’s in the uk!

The lady out on restaurant floor one of the most friendly and happy workers ive seen in a mcdonalds and doesn't stop doing her job always busy definitely needs praising and train the other staff in different mcdonalds locations a leading example for your business. What you dont want to see when you treat yourself to a meal is moody lazy dirty staff like in other depots. This depot has been the best one so far with the bonus of this extra great lady well done

I ordered via The McDonald's app, order arrived promptly but with missing item. This is not the first time!!, I eventually discovered how to get a refund but this can take up to 15 days and doesn't give me the food I wanted to eat when I actually wanted it. Having fun watching everyone else eat.....

Arrived and the tills weren't working. They literally hid from us so as not to tell us they couldn't serve us. No clarity and just so bizarre. Just be clear with customers? Awful service- I would have completely understood if you'd just been clear!
