Shahs Halal Food - Harrow Wealdstone

You can literally be the only customer in the shop and they’ll still take ages to complete your order. This isn’t down to just one staff member either. I’ve experienced the same thing with different staff over the past year. They’re also very heavy-handed with the portions and don’t give you much at all. The service definitely needs improving.

Terrible food quality and even worse service Extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Shahs in Wealdstone. They served me old, leftover scraps of chicken despite fresh chicken being actively cooked right there. ​When I pointed this out to the staff, instead of apologizing or replacing it, they were argumentative and told me it wasn't old. The attitude of the staff is disgusting and completely unprofessional. Serving sub-par food is one thing, but treating paying customers with that level of disrespect is unacceptable. Avoid this place.

It's a good concept. However the portion size is ridiculous small even when you purchase a large. I ordered a salad box and literally didn't get enough salad or protein. On the plus side the sauce was nice. I won't be coming back.

The worse staff ever they so rude. They forget that we are the customers. I asked for a bit more sauce and they put a tiny bit. They so greedy with the food as if they are the ones buying the restaurants bills. I went to the Watford one today it changed my whole perspective about shahs they were so nice and so generous and very friendly staff. It’s just the Wealdstone the worse one ever. I will be trying the one In Harrow the one next to peps and see if it’s better or not

Saw some recent reviews and feel like adding my thoughts. I have been her 4 times now during late evenings. Always had good service, and the food has always been great for me ( today's picture attached) I have been going to Shahs for some time and am very much happy with the service and the excellent food and taste. I am looking forward to my next trip.

Very bad service… They are very ridiculous and third class person. They don’t know we are customers but they will treat like enemies so why you can run your business in Uk go to your home country. No sense how to talk with customers.i don’t recommend for any go to this shop because we will pay money and eat. Look at this 😡 seriously…
