We frequent this area for our getaway holidays, and without fail, we always ensure we visit this pub at least once whilst we're here! The staff are so friendly, the pub is cosy and inviting, the facilities are clean and the Cheesy chips -EPIC! The best cheesy chips, hands down! The menu in general is all wonderful, home cooked tasty food. Highly recommend for any occasion.
Lovely time. Came for a friends 21st birthday. Staff are lovely especially will, . Food was amazing. Liam runs a good pub fair play. Will 100% come again
Really not impressed with our visit. We were a party of 18 and all chose from the set Sunday menu. So roast potatos were I think frozen Aunt Bessie type potatos, one small and very limp piece of so called roast parsnip, a bowl of tasteless cauliflower cheese and a bowl of what I think was again bagged frozen mixed veg (the very cheap kind). The prawn cocktail starter was a joke. A few prawns on a plate with a lettuce leaf. After being so disappointed with the meal so far, we skipped the dessert. The 2 course meal was £25 per person and I have to say I have had better dinners from a cheap pub calvery, Wont be returning to the Waun Wyllt.
Thank you for the off-menu roast beef sandwiches and salads. Hungry cyclists off the trail and Sunday lunch weren’t in order today. We really appreciate the effort you made for us, and the food was beautifully done! Nice pint too 😊
All the staff are friendly, I felt welcome the moment I first walked in. The cocktails look amazing, and the food is always presented with care. Everything I have tried has been delicious, including the buffet that was held for my mums birthday. Breakfast, lunch, or dinner, I always leave feeling full. The layout is spacious, with multiple rooms and a lovely garden space. Availability for hook up and plenty of parking. I would recommend the Waun Wyllt for any occasion 👌 Thanks all

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was incredible, to say the least! The atmosphere was lovely. I strongly recommend stopping off here!!
