HARANA TURKISH RESTAURANT

Stumbled across this Turkish restaurant while looking for somewhere to eat in Shepherd's Bush and it has since become a repeat visit. The food is freshly prepared and it shows. Lamb skewers, salads, fresh bread, lemonade ; everything on the table was good. The ladies running the floor were brilliant; attentive, warm, and had food out promptly every time. The interior is bold with its deep blue and gold tones, open to the street with a lovely view of the tree-lined road outside. It also opens late which is a bonus when you want a proper dinner without rushing. Two visits in and no complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend if you're around the area.

The food is delicious! And the service is excellent! I ordered the lamb stew it was so yummy the lamb was so soft and the vegetables were also soft and delicious, so affordable as everything cost £25 and they also give yummy starters which include warm bread,salad and yogurt dip. I also ordered fresh orange juice which was divine and the servers are so friendly and attentive. It’s the 5th time I’ve been here and I love it more every time A++++++

My wife and I had an excellent experience dining at Harana although it was a very slow Thursday evening. Very welcoming, friendly and extremely helpful team. We had the mixed grill paired with Turkish wine. The food was cooked perfectly and absolutely delicious. Ranjitha our hostess was awsome! Well done.

This was a diamond in the rough. Not an area I would associate with fine dining but once we where inside, and greeted by the most humble and gracious young lady as our host. We where delighted to be served beautiful teas, fresh lemonade, a platter for two fit for Sultans and Turkish takes on popular songs playing in the background. Great value for money. The staff really set this place apart.

I’ve been coming here for at least 10 years, and this place has always been my favourite Turkish restaurant in London. I hadn’t been for a while and honestly thought it had closed, so finding it again today was such a lovely surprise. The chef is still here, and the food is just as delicious as I remember it. The lamb shank brought back so many memories. What touched me most was the little personal touches. I ordered lamb shank with rice, and they served me a portion that was half rice and half couscous, exactly like the way I used to order it years ago. Maybe it was coincidence, maybe they remembered me but after so many years, it felt incredibly special. ❤️ The food, the people and the warmth are still there. Some things really don't need to change. Thank you for keeping this place alive. I’m so happy I found you again.
