A1 Lahori Taste

I bought kachori from here today for iftar and it was extremely disappointing. The staff member said it had a good amount of mince, but there was barely any inside. To make it worse, it was undercooked in the middle. If you’re going to sell kachoris, please learn how to make them properly first. I had to drive back to the shop to get a refund.

You Guys Have to Try This: A1 Lahori Taste is the Best in Luton! ​Okay, seriously, if you live in Luton and haven't hit up A1 Lahori Taste yet, you are majorly missing out! My best friend and I finally went, and honest truth? It instantly blew away every other place we’ve tried in the area. ​We started our night with the Samosa Chaat, and I'm telling you, it was spot-on perfect. That mix of crunchy samosa, cool yogurt, and tangy sauce—it was the ideal, vibrant kick-off to the meal. We were already doing the happy dance after the first bite. ​Then came the main event: the Fish and Naan. When they brought it to the table, we actually had to laugh because the portion was huge! We thought there was no way we could finish it, but the fish was ridiculously tender and flaky, and the naan was freshly baked and fluffy. Every bite was packed with flavour. We tried to stop, we failed, and we loved every minute of the struggle. ​To finish off our epic meal, we ordered the Mango Milkshake. Honestly, it was the perfect creamy, sweet, and refreshing cool-down after the spices. If you go, you absolutely have to grab one—it's super tasty! ​We’ve been on a mission to try every restaurant and takeaway in Luton, and I can confidently say that A1 Lahori Taste just jumped straight to the number one spot on our list. I highly recommend this place for its authentic Pakistani food! The flavors are incredible. Prices are very reasonable. We come from Aylesbury just to eat in this place, hope they sort out parking place soon. The dine-in area isn't the most appealing right now, but if the owner invests in updating the space, it would easily be the ultimate go-to spot.

Absolutely loved my experience! Authentic desi flavors, perfectly spiced dishes, and generous portions. The ambiance felt like home and the staff were warm and welcoming. Highly recommend their biryani, butter chicken, and fresh naan. Will definitely be coming back.

I came here based on a recommendation and tried the mash daal, chicken kebab, and the falooda—it was delightful! The dessert really stood out. The seating area is quite simple but serves its purpose, and the staff were friendly. Overall, the food was good, and the falooda is definitely worth trying if you’re in the area.
