Customer Reviews
Salero Lounge has a rating of 4.3 out of 5 based on over 260 reviews on Google
I have visited likely 20 of the lounge chain up and down the country. I visited yesterday morning for breakfast. Initially the service was really bad! There was a manager and one waitress. I stood at the bar for a good 5 minutes waiting to order and the manager just stood with his back to me making coffee. I mean I wouldn't mind if the place was busy, but it was absolutely deserted. The waitress should have sorted the coffee while the manager took my order. When the manager did finally take my order he didn't apologise for making me stand their for ages and kept calling me 'Boss', which is not professional. It's very expensive to eat here, so I'd expect far greater service. Most of the lounges offer a better more professional service. The staff here require training
We met some friends for lunch yesterday. The food was lovely and the service good, there were a lot of mums with children, which was fine, so we ate near the bar. A little noisy but still able to hold a conversation. We came back in the evening, just the 2 of us and a totally different vibe. Much more relaxed, the service (ordered at the bar) was very good and the food fantastic. Dan Dan noodles and Nasi Lemak The layout is very eclectic and random portraits on the walls. I loved it
It's the second time i've been here with my mates. Three of us ordered a Double Bacon Smash Burger and two of the Burgers had to be sent back as they were RAW!! I feel sick and i'm warning others to stay clear from this place!! The staff did give me full refund without issue which is good.
Wanted to go here for a celebration evening meal dinner as its our family fav lunch and breakfast spot. Wanted to leave a review as felt strongly that it was poor service that we couldn't prebook a wheelchair accessible table because there are only 5 adults not 6. Didn't want to drive 25 miles and risk it. 😕 Think maybe common sense couldve prevailed on this occasion. A table to seat 5 is surely the same ones there that seat 6.
Standard menu to all Lounges means food is always reliable and there is something for everyone. Service was great and staff really friendly. The building itself is so beautiful and we really enjoyed our food here. I was also able to get a very cute sticker for my Lounges Passport!!
Paid a visit today with my daughter. Was a spontaneous decision and did not disappoint! Food, drink atmosphere and service all 5*. Special thanks to Wizz who was super efficient and friendly and welcoming. We will definitely be back.
Our first visit here was only because 3 places before didn't have a highchair for our little one! I'm glad we ended up here; we loved it. Staff were great, the place itself was unique, and the food was delicious. It's great to see that dogs are welcome here too, and our little one enjoyed bits of our food from the highchair! We will be back.
